Shipping & Returns
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will happily accept a return for an exchange or full item refund.
Returned items must be received within 14-days of receipt.
To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your exchange. Please also include an original copy of your invoice from us so we have all of your details on hand. Shipping costs are non- refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
For all international orders, returns and exchanges may only be authorised if the customer pays for all shipping and duties in both directions
